You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships. Please allow additional time for delivery after processing.

Once your order has been processed, shipping typically takes 3–5 business days for standard delivery. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

Tracking details will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on hair extensions once the package has been opened. To qualify for a return or exchange, products must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and additional payment options depending on your location. Some customers may also see Afterpay/Shop Pay options.

Please contact your local USPS or delivery carrier first.

Once an order is marked delivered, TMC Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. A claim must be filed with the carrier.
